After you contact us to request care, we'll schedule a complimentary in-home assessment. During this visit, we evaluate the client's space and needs, address your questions, and create a customized care plan. We then match your loved one with a compatible caregiver, and services begin according to the agreed-upon schedule, with ongoing evaluation and adjustments available as circumstances change. Will I see the same caregiver each visit?
We strive to provide our clients with consistent care from a caregiver who matches their needs, preferences, and personality. If the pairing isn't a suitable fit, we'll work with you to assign a different caregiver. How often will someone come to my home?
The frequency of visits depends on your customized care plan and individual requirements. Some clients need daily visits, while others benefit from care several times per week. Your care plan outlines the specific schedule, which can be modified as circumstances change. What if my care needs change?
Our goal is to help seniors and adults with disabilities live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes, where they feel most secure and at peace. Your home care plan is flexible and can be updated as your needs evolve. How did BHCS begin?
